Return and Refunds

We want you to love your Hop Like A Bunny products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill. 
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition.
 

Conditions for returns or exchanges

Each item must be returned as new with the manufacturer’s tags attached and in its original packaging.  

Hoplikeabunny.co.uk cannot accept accessories that have been worn or toys, furniture or decorative items that have been used.  Any returns that are not new, clean and undamaged will be sent back to the customer at their cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns process and address

To make a return, you need to:

  • Fill in the returns form that was included in your order (or download a new form)
  • Check that your name, phone number, email and address are included on the returns form.
  • Package the items carefully, including manufacturer’s tags and original boxes to our shop in London:

Please note that any returns without NAME and ADDRESS may not be able to be processed.

Refunds 

If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the amount that you paid minus postage costs.

Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date that we receive your returned package.

Lost, faulty or damaged items

If your order is lost in transit you need to contact us within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries from placing the order. We will contact the courier company to trace your package.

In the unlikely event that an item in your order is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as you can.  We will replace the item at our cost.
